Annual Stock take

Annual stock take this year was slightly different from the past...I remembered my first stock take...my partner was crystal...and its been almost 1 year since she left?

What a nice day yesterday

Have you attended a church wedding before? And how you felt when the groom and bride walked down the aisle with flowers littered on the red carpet? For me, I think it was the greatest moment....Ermmm sorry not that i am getting married but i attended one yesterday. It was so so so romantic & nice and i gave my best wishes to Joshua and Joycelyn...May their marriage be a blissful one...so sorry i left halfway because ermmm Haze and Shiyuan was in a hurry...ermm or my friend was hurrying me to meet her, ohh...i thought the ceremony ended? Just not because of me....

Anyway they will live a blissful marriage and they have to...because everyone started singing and singing praises to Lord before and after the solemnisation...so much so..it looks like a muscial...sorry no offence to all...but i can see some uncles enjoying themselves so much that the atmosphere was turned so lively and happy...

Sorry....but i was thinking what if...i say what if...what if...the session was in dialect like hokkien? =) Opsss.....

Okay...yes i admit, i ran off halfway through the wedding to meet my friend...and i didnt know that i was such a great shopping companion that "AHEM..." causes her sleep that night and even received a nice testimonial in the wee hours.
Well of course being polite, i wrote her a letter back....not because i am a refine person, its because the stupid friendster message function died again....haiz....Happy reading my dear friend!

How much can you eat??

I was kind of surprise lately...at how small my appetite has become but it may also be ermmm how much my friends can eat...

Dinner with Cheryl lately during these overtime days was also kind of "Wah" "WAT?" "WAAAHHH"

N the best part is i met a grp of dining kakis and its really like a eating competition dining with them.

First Challenge...
Location: Wang Jiao (Terminal 3)
Timing: Lunch
Contestants: Jackson, FG, NJ(Nick used to protect the identity of the participants from any disturbance)

Challenge: Nasi Lemak with Siew Mai, standard drink for individual...thereafter a 5 min stroll to GELARE...2 big Wafer with 3 scoop of ice cream!

End Results: FG survived, NJ gave up after last piece of wafer, Jackson nearly vomit!

Second Challenge...
Location: Parkway Steamboat
Timing: Dinner
Contestants: Same group as above

Challenge: Steamboat with 7 kinds of "balls" products..meat balls, fish balls, sotong balls...prawns, meat, vegetable, tau pok....

End Results: FG finished up the balance, NJ win by eating non stop till nearly the last 2 meat balls which we had to stop her from swallowing after 1.5 bowl of rice...Jackson..didnt even bother to participate and eating at his own pace...

Well maybe my appetite is really small..so im creating a WOO HAA here...=)

A Tough Decision

Well everyone always thought i'm leading a carefree life. No worries, no seriousness, crappy, lame...
But i do at times sit down to consider... Consider about my future!

Shopping Trip = the CAAS trio.....an unexpected "reward"

It was a nice sunday morning...as our agreed timing...i reached bencoolen 1128..hey show u this above pic n u will believe how early i reached...and where is Ah Peng and Yuan??? Argg....still MIA..

Since today the purpose was to get a gift for both Fion and Sister Cheryl....i prioritise to search for Fion's gift first...anyway no hurry since i already missed cheryl's one...and got a "gd scolding" for it...so let her wait "longer"...haha

Okay when the 2 girls came, we wasted no time in scouting through all the shops in search for the one...the one that is within our budget

So from one shop to another..it was always..."No...No....put back...No no no no no no nooooo"

To show some sincerity....we walk a few more shops before we decides to leave this place...

Well...at least at bugis...we found it..the final nice and only one..since Fion isnt my fan...she wouldnt sees it...it will still a surprise for her .

Everything just happened within 10 mins...I was even more ASTONISHED when i see how she look....you could ask Haze and Yuan...speechless....almost perfect....

Well.....no way im going to disclose the looks of this "babe" in this posting...no way....not even the closest friend i know.....Cause you guys will be so damn jealous!!!

An Encounter Part2 - Praying

Although we were both quite sure we were only scaring ourselves..it didnt stop us from entering this temple at Chinatown..."FO YA SHI" aka "The Golden Relic Temple"
This temple was all about donations...from the moment i stepped in..aunties acting as usher has been asking me if i want to light a lantern...and it was so amusing when i went up to level 4, "the offering of the relic tooth", this aunty was approached by some tourist..

Tourist: Is this the place where dead ppl are being embraced by the Buddha?
Aunty: You want light lantern?
Tourist: What is this place offering?
Aunty: I sell lantern for offering..the rest you got to read yourself there...
Tourist: ????
Aunty: Come buy a lantern to show your sincerity la....

My friend was asking for blessing for don’t know what...i was too....i asked for another kind of blessing....Blessing that i will be forgiven for all my "Rubbish" and my “SINS”...and
while i am checking my wallet for some small contributions, my wallet was all stuffed with red color notes (suddenly I discover I was quite well off)....and i was shy to ask my friend for some small change as it would deem insincere....so i prayed to the Buddha…

”Dear Buddha, its Good Friday yesterday, but I think I had created too much nonsense…I really hope i can receive forgiveness..But I do not have any small changes with me currently and I believe that sincerity doesn’t come from contributions”

I was quite surprise..the hot weather was suddenly turned into a cloudy sky immediately after my prayers....

I hurried home....and by then the fog was cleared but..

I was labelled "Same like A**ton!!" which was almost as bad....

An Encounter Part1 - Haunted

My encounter....

It was during the day when i stepped into this building to collect my air tickets...the building was secluded with a strange smell coming within the air of the building...it smell so awful like some dead lizards dried for many years.



My poor friend who is accompanying me unwillingly entered the building..
The address stated on my paper….Level #07-01…
I was still acting brave as usual walking through the building searching for a lift or a stairs…

It was not long before we discover we have been walking in circle and we were sure that we passed by this area before and this lift was not sighted till now.



My Friend: Comon...its eriee...
Me(trying to stabilize the situation which i learned from Rule #1): hey don chicken out...maybe we were talking too much that we didnt notice just...relax...

Left with 2 choices, either we climb up the stairs or we take the lift…

Choice 1….(swallowing my fear)
This lift looks familiar….its like the one in “The Eye P1”, i had a shock when i saw the reflection...Arrrggggg.....oh..thats me yeah..and if you are wondering where my friend is....well...."boom...." disappear once the door opened



Choice 2….(We both shook our heads immediately once we see this)




Anyway, if it is true that its haunted, and the scenerio that happened in the lift is going to happen to us….we rather that we save some energy for screaming…we were both lazy and once in the lift…we were almost standing back to back just to prevent some old uncle and auntie from drifting behind us….

I am not going to comment on the "splendid customer service" from Chan Brothers...and i know why all of them seems immune to the locations...One reason we both agreed was that they all look like "Kuan Goong"...their faces are all with "Sha Qi"...i believe even humans are intimidated by them less spirits.

Finally once our things are settle....we cant wait any further to exit the building...we ran straight for the lift and hurried down to level 1...unknowingly it seems to be another lift we took and when the Door Opened....

should we turn?? and since we were only a few steps away from the main gate and we were confident that we will make it there with our 50m sprint...we turned.....

A disturbing movie...

After our last reservist, i believe yesterday was the first time i met these guys....with Fengli trying his best to "force" me to be involve with his "illegal" business..below conversation recorded for evidence purposes =)

Me: No i don want. I don bet.
Fengli : Nevermind just support take an account, place $20 will do..support as a friend la.

Watching the 10000BC was another disaster for me...The movie was disturbing...oh i mean watching the movie in a disturbing state...i got the best seat, superior sound effect, good view and 2 ...... Story teller behind me....2 small children that never stop yucking.

We parted for home since its still early and we are all in our slippers....I was suppose to wait at home for the signal..but think all of us doze off....MOS, butter factory, Dragonfly we meet in our dreams....

I cant believe i choke the whole of yesterday

Choke when Theresa nagging at me a 2nd time on my Gebiz account.
Choke when FC pull me into the room...discussing about new plans = new task
Choke when i talk to Khwee Teng over the budget uploading errors
Choke when my intern became too friendly and start getting comfortable in my cubicle
Choke when i am having a 3 person dinner, which i really choke on my food and no one notice =(

This morning just when i thought things wouldnt be the same, i was wrong...

Okay lets divert away from all these complains...well no im not going to say anything about what happened during breakfast...no IM NOT GOING TO SAY =)

Oh let me just share this shop from T3...I initially thought it was a spice shop..selling ginger..but it is really kind of unique, as it is a shop that sell "spice" fragrance type of products. Like fragrant oil, soaps etc...and the ginger smell is the strongest when you pass by the shop...

How flu can be deadly...

This is interesting....and also prove my theory was somehow correct that a similar flu virus cannot be spread twice to the same person.

Some experts believe that the most serious symptoms of flu are caused by the immune system overreacting to the virus.

scientists studying the most serious strain of flu virus have developed a way of controlling the immune system's response to it, minimising the symptoms of the disease.

Current treatment options for flu include rest, painkillers, antiviral medication and plenty of fluids.

So conclusion is...please rest more, take in more vitamin C, exercise more and these should be able to prevent a flu out break...and yes reading this might be a little useful to you but definitely not reading this in the middle of the nite where you should be resting =)

P.S...for those going to visit hongkong..please go for your injection 2 weeks before visiting =)

My Monday Blues?

It was a Frustrating Monday....

I know its not pretty nice to start off a monday blog with all these annoying stuff...but i need to vent it out...Arrgggghhh

I mean, how would you like to have sarcastic remarks targeted at you in the morning..the least that i am glad was that my tolerance level has reached another level and i had simply attained my nirvana and not even feel like winning that last breath to victory. I am lazy...

And how about having news in the afternoon that i am being put up for new challenges by loading me with new tasks...i am really not very sure if its a good or bad thing...

Watching how my precious friend get treated badly while i cant do anything?

And how an adult acting like an ignorance, disrespectful, childish, annoying guy that i am even unsure if he knows what he is doing? And is he even at least able to differentiate between being mischevious and respecting others...

Well of course it would be unfair just describing how bad my day was when there are some nice happenings as well...the consoling part for me is that i got a "ward off evil" nice bell from Cheryl(which i will try attaching a pic tomo)from her japan trip...which i think she should get one for my friend as well to ward off all the bad lucks and pest.
Ermm a compliment email from Dr Lee (KASA) on his Airshow visit.

I am still frustrated actually now...and since i cant be offered to go transit for a stroll at this timing...i can only try humor myself with some of these youtubes video...=)
(Haha...i didnt know that a way to applease someone was to actually offer to go stroll in transit...yeah maybe i should keep pretending to be angry so i had more chance....=) Thanks anyway)

Catching a movie!

I am catching this movie today n heard its pretty scary and since i am still waiting for my friend to wake up...i am doing a read up on the story line to keep myself anticipated

Seems to be quite an interesting film to catch but i am actually more concern on how to get my friend to wake up...hmm..its partially my fault..not rephrasing my sms properly..."...not to wake up after 12..." so nothing to complain about but thinking of a solution now would be the wise choice...

yeah, I changed...from the unfriendly, difficult to use, lagging friendster blog to the new blog spot...

Since my PC was reformatted, and MSN has yet be downloaded, i created the new account....
