China Tour - Wuxi

Initially i thought it should be some rural farm area upon hearing the name.
But i was so wrong. We reached Wuxi in bright sunny day and surprisingly, this place was 100% opposite of Nanjing. No heavy traffic, no gloomy skies, no flashy red signboards.
A place of serenity and peace. A mixture of NZ and Singapore.

The first stop was at this Xihui Park.
Let the pics do the talking..

Beautiful isnt it? Its just one of the many attraction in Wuxi..there are still many attractions that we missed out in Wuxi.

Next, we went to Taihu 太湖,(the place where Xisi(One of the big 4 beauties in history) and Fanli reside). Wuxi is abit like Singapore in terms of its travelling distance and accessibility. Travelling from one place to another within Wuxi is fast and easy.

I think my pics cant justify the beauty of this lake. You should experience it yourself, the ambiance and the weather made it very romantic for a stroll.

Night streets of Wuxi, pretty much alike to Singapore's Orchard road, just that, there isnt a huge crowd everywhere.
People are moving at a more relax and slower pace there.

And this is our 5star hotel. The only 5 star hotel we stayed throughout the tour. The room and service is great!

Overall, i think Wuxi is a nice place to work in. If there is a chance, i wont mind being an expatriate there.
