On my 33th Birthday, i have no more expectations.

I just wish that everyday will be meaningful and happy...Give more, be less selfish and be a better person!

8 Month and going weak

Really kind of dislike the people here...and seriously, i have never work in a company that is so unproductive...

Well but life still goes on, i will need to work hard and get my bonus back!

Praying that the next replacement that comes in as my buddy will be a good one.

CO2 fractional laser and Intracell

Yes i have finally decided to go for treatment to cure my acne and reduce the scar appearance on my face.

In fact, its is the 4th month since my first visit to the derma...and i have completed 2 Intracell session n 1 CO2 fractional laser.

The results are really good..i havent had any acne outbreak for nearly 2 months, my scars has smoothen quite a fair bit..lesser bumps and redness on my skin.
I have even stop using concealer and in exchange applied sunblock for maximum skin protection.

I think the biggest result for me so far is the boost in confidence. A healthy complexion brings confidence not just in me but also the way how people see you.

Im looking forward to complete my last laser session to see the results n improvement.

6 months

6 months into my new job and I learned that courage is not the absence of fear, but the victory over it and that fear, uncertainty are usually the compasses toward growth.

 This new level of exposure has helped me to broaden my own perspective... Definitely rewarding!

This lady rides a 3 speed old model from London...can see that her bike is very worn off....and was asking me where to get a service for the bike in Singapore!

Ready for a Brompton Ride?

You probably need tonnes of justification to spend $3k on a bike that probably to some that it doesn't deserve this price tag.
Made of Steel not aluminium, small wheels, rust, heavy, not having the best materials and parts for such a price but regardless how many reasons to put you off, there is always an equal amount of reasons that can justify the purchases. To me, the one reason that is sufficient is the compact fold. The flexibility and ease to bring it on bus and train.

It took me less than a month to decide that i should buy my own brompton and enjoy my ride.

I got my copy of the bike and with the vouchers given, i opt for a brooks special antique brown saddle.


My first ride after fixing the bike was to ReCYCLE bike shop at veerasamy street to pick up some tool for the bike.

My next visit was to the nearby Cakes literally to visit my friend


Cant stop riding, so planned an evening ride at Punggol with Celia.




So compact, so attention seeking!

IF I RIDE

If i ride, i will know the way the trees smell after the rain.

I will grow up so strong that the hospital will take 2 days off.

If i ride uphill, i will eventually get to ride downhill, thats how it works.

If i ride, my breath will filled the air instead of smoke from car exhaust.

If i ride, road rage will be turn into laughter. And I wont be a boy or girl but just a rider.

If i ride, i can wear spandex like spiderman, and the planet will cool down and survived and thank me for riding with flowers and firefly.

If i ride, i will only use oil on my chain, and oil tankers will be used to home chocolate milk.

Vert V8 foldable bicycle

It has always been a dream for me to own a bicycle. In the past, bicycle wasnt so affordable to the family and with concerns over safety reason, my parents wasnt in favor of cycling. Not to mention to own my own bicycle.
Also since we are staying in a small room flat where space is limited, parking a bicycle in the house is not ideal.

As i grew older, the thought of cycling also disappeared with factors like weather, safety to ride etc....

Only recently, with the fanciful selection of bicycle, i finally found one that caters to my needs. A foldable bicycle.
With the various brands in the market, i decided to start with something that i feel comfortable and perform reasonably decent as an entry bicycle.

Vert V8, a local brand made in China was shortlisted after comparing with choices like Tern D7, Dahon Route, I decided that this bike has all of it and at a much more affordable price than the above 2.

The Specifications
20" Wheel-size Kenda Tyre 20 x 1.5
Shimano Tourney TX 7 gear. 
Aluminium frame, crank arm, stem, handle bar and seat post.
Disc brakes front and rear.
Quick release wheel locks.
Weight 11 kg. 
Foldable pedal.
1 year manufacture warranty.

Basically at $398 only, this bike rocks with a weight of 11kg and comes with a press button gear shifter.


So here it is...my first bicycle. Pretty fast a ride i feel...and i dont think i will be doing any form of upgrades to this bicycle for now.

Resume my Brunch outing

Life is back to normal....and so i am checking out alot of brunch places

The one that really attracts me to pay it a visit is assembly ground opened by benjamin barker.

Its good to have strong friendships with colleagues after leaving the organisation...it just tell you that they are not just colleagues.

Never stop searching

We all need and want something a little bit different in a relationship and relationships work when both people fit, they get each other, they give each other what they need.
When it's right, this will usually come naturally. Good relationships work without too much effort (although over time you do need to work on things).
When they don't work, it doesn't necessarily mean anyone is wrong. It just means that the two of you weren't the right match to make each other feel how you want to feel in love.
When you come to a partner as a whole person to give, not 'needing' anything in return, the other is able to be themselves and give freely back without worry or pressure.

Be strong, be yourself and keep searching for the love you really want. It's out there waiting for you xx

Things just dont move the way you want it..

I guess at times when the more you want things to move your way, the more it will move against.
No particular reasons on why it did, but things are just how it is. Changes happened for a reason and sometimes, you just got to accept that its always happen because of both parties and not just one.

Learn to accept it and move on is generally the key to staying happy.

Never lose the way you treat yourself, maintaining your own self worth and your own thinking.

Moving on 2 Months

Probably that was one of my greatest decision made and ever since then 2 months has passed...it seems like everything has changed, but also seem like everything remain unchanged...it could probably be one of the biggest regret that i may have in this move but it could also be one of the best thing that i ever decided in my life.

Either way, i know i did it and im brave enough to do it. Next is to find my way out of it. I guess i wont call it a mess...when you lose something, you will gain something as well...

I guess the next milestone to meet is 4 months!

Flowers day

And after a visit to Plain Vanilla, i thought why not spend a small amount and get some flowers that i can probably allow it to dry and use it for future crafting purposes...

And so this morning, i went to the market and got these...Caspian and the other im not sure what they call it







Probably will just use it today for something!

A place that i have been there for at least 3 times but each time left in disappointment as its always not open.
Yesterday seems to be a lucky day for me and seriously this place is a great hang out area for small chats....peaceful and i love the decorations within the shops.

Goodbye CAG

Finally this marks the end of my journey with CAG. Its definitely one of the best company that i have worked for...

I guess i wont be able to find another place with such great culture...

Im glad that i left on a happy note, i didnt lose anything...but gain a lot more...and just like my character, departure cannot be done sadly...it should be celebrated and happy! After all i see this as a journey for self discovery and development!
