Initial plans was to leave Hualien in the morning for Taipei, however, we just haven't had enough fun at Hualien that we decided to extend one more day.
Coincidentally, we met darren and elfie who are willing to share a cab for the Hualien Pacific Coast tour together. This really brings our cost of travelling down.
I look tired in the morning, all thanks to the old rooster that keep crows all night.
My last picture with the owner Liu Ah yi and the cab driver that we are travelling with today.
Some of the places we went...
This clam farm...that we only linger around for less than 10mins...nothing special
Next we went to this place that produce a special kind of wood. It smell like sandal wood but much nicer.
Its a museum kind of place where they has almost everything. The driver told us, this place has a history as old as the World War II
What attracts us most is the secret hidden garden. Really nice and peaceful!
Most of our time, almost 1/3 of it was spent on the cab travelling..so basically there are some really nice scenic that i try to capture along the way.
We stop by this "MAN MEI Pork trotters" shop.
Heard it is one of the best in Hualien and apparently, it is always full house.
Elfie was trying so much to capture the smoke from the trotters
Dad would have loved this dish if he was there.
After the filling lunch, we had a slow stroll to a nearby railway..
Haha we took turns to spot any passing train!
Mr Chen the driver was always checking his watch for timing and the next stop we went is a local hot spring. Its a public one so basically we get to wear swim suit there!
There wasnt anyone there so basically we are having it to ourself...Woohooo
Love the flowers there...
The last place we went before we are being rushed to the train station.
Their National Park! The Beautiful Pacific Coast that looks quite identical to Australia Coast.
These little huts are for picnicking purposes and there is a booking fee required.
Before reaching the cliff
And then the beautiful Ocean was right infront of us!! On a note, we are really standing on a very narrow cliff and that if you fall, that is the end of your journey!
Did abit of processing here...One sky different colors!
Me and Mr Chen
Me and Vincent
And Me in action!!
Frankly speaking, this place is one of the most beautiful and culture rich place in Taiwan, i seriously wont mind spending a longer time here to explore the places..even if just by walking i can get enough scenery shots here.
